Parkevo delivers live, space-level parking visibility for the world's high-traffic environments. Now piloting at High Point University.
We surveyed 470+ drivers at High Point University. The data validated the exact friction that Parkevo was engineered to solve.
Real-time visibility, drop-in deployment, and the operational data your team has been missing. No per-space sensors. No ground-up construction.
Every space tracked. Open vs occupied, plus space type.
The Parkevo platform shows live availability before drivers arrive. Find a spot in seconds instead of circling for minutes.
Utilization, dwell time, peak patterns, and capacity pressure — the data layer most operators have never had. Plan smarter, expand less.
Colleges, airports, health systems, stadiums, and government complexes. Anywhere parking is dense, expensive to expand, and the first thing a visitor experiences.
Real-time visibility for students, faculty, and visitors, paired with utilization data that justifies or avoids the next deck build.
One new structured space costs $25,000 to $50,000 to build. That is roughly what a year of space-level visibility costs across a thousand spaces you already own.
The full breakdown adds type-level availability, saturation order, and how a pilot is scoped for your lots.

Parking is your largest non-aeronautical revenue line, and it leaks days before the flight. Real-time visibility puts your inventory in front of passengers at the moment they decide.
One new structured space costs $25,000 to $50,000 to build. A year of space-level visibility across a thousand spaces you already own costs roughly what a single new space does.
The full breakdown adds type-level availability, saturation timing, and how a pilot is scoped for your facilities.

Patients arrive anxious. Visitors arrive stressed. Staff work shifts. Real-time space data helps every group find a spot faster.

Capitol complexes, federal facilities, convention centers, stadiums, casinos, and any environment with peak-driven demand.

Every milestone is dated, documented, and verifiable. We don't hide the receipts.
Evan Taylor and Brianna Stinespring built Parkevo while undergraduates at High Point University.
Primary research begins. The data shows 94% want real-time visibility and 85% have been late because of parking. The problem is validated before a single line of code is written.
Parkevo takes first place and $12,000 in non-dilutive funding from the David S. Congdon School of Entrepreneurship. Validation from operators, founders, and investors on a real judging panel.
Selected from nearly 200 submissions across North America in the Schulze Entrepreneurship Challenge. Signals this isn't a side project — it's a validated, nationally recognized startup.
Computer vision and backend engineers brought on contract. The 12-week build begins.
Pilot hardware physically installed at Caffey Lot. The platform now has its first real-world data stream and is being calibrated against driver behavior in real time.
Direct discussions with directors of parking and operations at universities, regional airports, healthcare systems, and convention venues. Mapping where Parkevo deploys next.
Students, faculty, and visitors at HPU get the first live Parkevo deployment. Multi-vertical expansion follows.
Alaina is an HPU Student Ambassador and Presidential Scholar studying Social Media and Digital Communications, which means she does professionally what a lot of students are still learning. She runs her own creative brand spanning photography, videography, and branding, and has earned recognition for her work with High Point's student media team. She knows how to make a campus story worth watching, and she brings that eye to everything she creates for Parkevo.
Brooke is a professional content creator with three years of experience and marketing internships across three different organizations. She runs High Point's official Fashion Merchandising Instagram and founded her own campus publication, where she serves as editor-in-chief. She understands both sides of a post, the creative and the strategy behind it, and it shows in the polish she brings to everything she makes.
Jackson is a rising junior studying Psychology and one of HPU's most recognized student leaders. He is Junior Class President, sits on SGA's Executive Council, advises HPU's NAACP chapter, and is a Resident Assistant and HPU Social Media Ambassador. This summer he was selected as a SHRM Workplace Innovation Intern from a national pool of over 2,000. A motivational speaker with trusted standing across student government, campus culture, and residential life, he brings that voice to everything he does for Parkevo.
Madison is a first-generation Presidential Scholar whose record-setting scholarship story made national news. She is a Bonner Leader and a Student Engagement Officer, connecting students to clubs, campus resources, and traditions, and she is the founder of her own LLC. As an off-campus commuter, she deals with the parking problem Parkevo solves firsthand every single day, which gives her a real, personal reason to talk about what we are building.
